END OF SEASON TRIP TO PORTUGAL?

If your club is considering an end of season trip in May or June, I have a reliable and efficient contact who can arrange some football for you in the Algarve region of Portugal. The company works full-time arranging footbal tours for all age groups. They will arrange everything, if required,  except flights.

If you are interested, please email me and I will pass you the contact details.

MAILING LIST

I have a mailing list. It will be used to confirm the regular weekly update (to save you having to look) and also to notify any other updates. You do not have to be a club official to go on this list. Your email address will not be sold to spammers. All club secretaries and League Officials will be automatically included, unless they ask me not to. To go onto the mailing list, please click here. Please don't forget to tell me (as well as the League of course) if you change your email address. All emails sent by me will include in the title 'TONBRIDGE LEAGUE WEBSITE UPDATE'. You can set your email filters and anti-spam programs to allow my incoming mail by using this information.

TAX BREAKS FOR SPORTS CLUBS

I have updated the note at the bottom of this page. Apparently about 60% of the money set aside for this scheme has never been claimed!

Any comments? Problems with this site?

Please report broken links etc by clicking here

General Information

TAX BREAK FOR MEMBERS OF AMATEUR SPORTS CLUBS

Members of Community Amateur Sports Clubs (CASC’s) can claim tax rebates on certain types of fund raising. This could bring clubs additional income of 28p in the pound. Details and the necessary forms can be found at http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/casc/index.htm where you can download and print the necessary forms CASC3 and CASC4 – the other forms are not required. You will need to produce a club constitution to an agreed format and guidance on this can be found at http://www.cascinfo.co.uk/

Please note that the League cannot offer advice on this scheme. Your County Football Association may have some information.
