The player registration form is being
revised. The new version will be on this website before the new season
begins.
Note about the WORD version for completion on
your PC - this version is a WORD form. You can complete much of the
form (not the signatures, obviously) on your PC using MS Word or Open
Office Writer. It has been tested with both. Just click into the grey
boxes and enter the required information. It
is a protected document so you can't mess it up. Once the information
is complete, save the form and print a copy ready for the signatures
etc.
